Haydn Smith MRICS

Established in 2020, we are an independent building surveying practice situated in the world famous city of Bath.

Haydn Smith MRICS qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2008. After working for Deloitte Real Estate in London he decided to return to Bath to follow his passion for the historic built environment. Central to his work is the belief that imaginative and sympathetic design, using natural, breathable materials, can transform and repurpose historic buildings and help preserve them for future generations. Having worked on both residential and commercial buildings, his experience covers the full complement of surveying, design, planning and construction services.
